9th June 1200 gates open for early arrivals and campers. Gates close 2000

10th June 0600 gates open, Gates close 0800 Play commences at NLT 10:00.

Small night phase (optional) on Sat night for players.

BBQ Dinner on Sat and Bacon & Egg breakfast on Sunday.

Come as a US G.I., ARVN or Digger or as a member of the Vietcong or North Vietnam Regular Army. VC tunnels, boobie traps, Search & destroy missions, Original radio fire base and 250 acres of playable field . A full weekend of immersive gelball action with dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday provided (Meal cost included in price).

Uniform requirements:

OD green or tiger stripe for the US/Australian forces and civilian clothing ,Black, Khaki for the NVA.

Period clothing and webbing to suit your chosen faction highly encouraged which is to enhance everyone's game play. BYO Gear, Blaster, Gels, etc

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS;

Ability to carry 3ltrs of water out onto the field, suitable enclosed shoes (no runners) Dead Rag, Tourniquet. *Purchasing a ticket to MSEV @the ranch allows one participant into our Event Field. *When purchasing, be sure to select your correct team (if available) with any friends that might be participating with you to ensure no problems at the event. *There will be a safety briefing and event briefing at 08:30am sharp. Anyone arriving late or not present at these briefings must wait at the designated safe zones until such a time which they can be briefed safely. *When checking in on the day, please have your order number ready so we can verify payment and allocate you to a team. *Players are responsible for their own equipment and possessions while at the field. We will help however we can with locating lost equipment but cannot replace any missing equipment on the day. *There is ample parking on site for the event and you will be directed to a parking location upon arrival at MSEV @the ranch *All blasters must still be transported in a bag or carry case to and from the field.

THIS IS A NO ALCOHOL EVENT TO FULFILL OUR SAFETY OBLIGATIONS.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS;

There will be no segregated camping this event, The camping are has been increased and improved considerably since the last event so there should be plenty of room for everyone;

 Weather June temperatures at night get to possible minus 5 it is recommended that all players have a minus 5 sleeping bag or better. A extra blanket or 2 doesn't hurt as well. Recommended beanies, jumper/decent cold weather jacket and possibly gloves.

The player will only be provided with dinner Saturday night and Sunday breakfast. All other meals are to be provided by the player. BYO WATER. There is no fresh water on sight. As part of entry each vehicle will need either a 20lt jerry or a carton of water.!

Play will not stop for lunch. Lunch is in the field.

Hearing Protection; It would be advisable to bring hearing protection as the use over Sound Simulation devises to increase the realism of the event is highly likely. These can produce sounds over 120 decibels. If you choose not to bring hearing protection that choice is on you. We are not responsible.
