Originally planted from seeds of Jamaican Blue Mountain origin our Arabica beans now produce an arguably superior flavour. Our plants are lovingly attended by hand with sustainable practices by local staff who live right next door.
Only the ripest and most uniform cherries are selected to obtain the fullest flavour and they undergo a rigorous and well honed process to maintain the highest standards and quality at every stage.
Our beans are sun-dried to further enhance the flavour then undergo a final hand sort for shipping to Australia, where our expert Queensland roasters follow exacting specifications to bring you PNG coffee at it’s best.
